Refund Policy

Freight Monster Inc. will make every effort to ensure that your move takes place as scheduled and that you are satisfied with our services; however, sometimes things happen that are outside of our control and that may result in a customer complaint. In those instances, we will work with our carriers to address the problem in a timely manner.

Freight Monster does not refund amounts paid for scheduled services except in extraordinary circumstances. To request a refund, please contact Freight Monster at accounting@freightmonster.com. Please provide your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and set forth the basis for your request. Freight Monster will endeavor to respond within five (5) business days of receipt of your request.

All requests for refunds will be accepted or declined in Freight Monster’s sole discretion after an evaluation of the circumstances of the transaction and the reason for the request. No refund requests may be placed more than fifteen (15) days after the date on which the move was scheduled to be completed.
